Allure - Procreate Challenge 2020: Illusion

Image made for the "Illusion"-themed Procreate Art Prize 2020! I wanted to explore the idea of Allure as an illusion, and how illusions are often accompanied by deception and nature is akin to deception. I finished this image in just under a month of on and off work. I loved exploring lights and textures within procreate. It was important for me that compositionally, both characters were facing each other in harmonic lines, and facing the illusion between them among those lines. This is very clear at the beginning of the process video, which I hope you like as well.
